Mechanism of the Colloid Mill
- The rotor of speed is at 2800 rpm.
- The product undergoes pressure, friction and high shear when in between the motor and stator.
- The product experiences intensive vibration and force through a releasing and pressing movement.
- The somewhat tapered shape of the rotor and stator’s milling surface causes the angular gap to become narrower as it moves towards a discharge output.
- The product can be recalculated once again after it comes out of a drain pipe of the colloid mill.

- The liquid cannot enter the motor winding due to the presence of three oil seals in between the processing chamber and motor.
- The grinding gap is also adjustable with the help of an exterior screw which helps operating the device and handling the device easier.
- Maintenances of the machine is made simple due to the coupling between the motor shaft and the rotor shaft. It is easy to dismantle every contact part for better cleaning.
- The motor HP can be reduced with the help of the latest technology known as the semi-concave teeth. The product size can be reduced without any kind of damage and it also ensures exceptional performance.
